A walk-in interview will be conducted for the following posts at the Centre for Costume and Fashion Designing, Calicut for conducting classes for B.Sc degree in Fashion Designing (Selffinancing)

1. Co-ordinator (On Contract)

Educational Qualifications Post-graduate degree/Post-graduate diploma in Fashion Designing /Technology from NIFT or equivalent degree from any other recognised institution.

Experience: Minimum 5 years teaching experience

Vacancy: Position One

2. Lecturer (On Contract)

Educational Qualifications: B. Tech in Textile Technology / M.Sc degree in Textiles and Clothing + Diploma in Fashion Designing.

or

B.Sc degree in Home Science + 2 Year diploma in Fashion Designing

or

Degree in B.Sc Costume and Fashion Designing + Fashion in CAD or P.G. Diploma in Fashion Designing.

Vacancy: Position Two

General:

Age: Below 62 yearsas on 01.01.2009

Salary Will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

The candidates are directed to report at 10.30 am on Friday, the 23rd of October 2009 for a walk–in-interview at the Vice-Chancellor’s chamber, Administration block of the University with original certificates to prove age, qualification, caste, experience etc.
