(Pay Band -1 Rs. 5200-20200/Grade pay Rs. 1900/-)
EQ: (a) Pass in plus two / XII standard from recognized Board / Govt. of Tamilnadu
(b) A typing speed of 30 w.p.m in English (or) 25 w.p.m in Hindi

(2) Technician (Workshop) (T-I) - One Post (OBC)
(Pay band - 1 Rs. 5200-20200/Grade Pay Rs. 2000/-)
EQ: A Pass in Matriculation / X standard Examination with one year trade certificate in the trade of Fitter/Turner/Welder/Molder/Carpenter/Smithy
DQ: Three years experience in relevant field

(3) Technician (Laboratory) - (T-1) One Post (Unreserved)
(PB-1, Rs. 5200-20200/Grade Pay Rs. 2000/-)
EQ: A pass in Matriculation / X standard Examination with atleast one year certificate course in relevant field from recognized University
DQ: Working experience from Laboratory
