The selected candidate shall have no right/claim for regular appointment at this Institute as the position is liable to co-terminus with the Project/Scheme. Applicants are sought for one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position to work on a research project on “Distortion and Accuracy Improvement in Sample-and-Hold Circuits for Analog-Digital Converters" sponsored by the Department of Science & Technology (DST), the Govt. of India. The objective of the project is to develop high speed analog and mixed-signal circuits for analog-front-ends (AFE) used in advanced communication, networking and instrumentation systems. This project will provide a good opportunity for building up knowledge and experience in the analog and mixed signal design area.

Duration: The position is for one year.

Salary (inclusive of HRA): Rs. 16000 per month

Qualifications:


* B.Tech./B.E. in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline;
* Some background in CMOS analog circuit design is a must;
